APPEAL TO SUPREME COURT FOR FAIR JUDGEMENT

It is very obvious that the Supreme Court of Nigeria is a perfect example of an unjust and awry group of individuals who are only profit oriented and self centered.

The judiciary of the country is known for praising the wicked and bringing to book the innocent citizens who have little or no connection or money to buy favour.

Almost every court in #Nigeria has been bought by some set of persons who feel, think, act like Nigeria belongs to them, hence, can turn wrong to right all in the name of power.

A clear case of this is the bias judgment delivered by the presidential election petitions tribunal with respect to the case of Atiku Abubakar (of the Peoples Democratic Party) versus President Muhammadu Buhari (of the All Progressives Congress – APC) on Wednesday, 11th September, 2019.

It is unfortunate that the judiciary is overtly under the control of the Federal Government of Nigeria, dancing to the tune of power instead of adhering strictly to the constitution.

It would, therefore, not be wrong to state that the Supreme Court of Nigeria is under the spell of the Federal Government/the Presidency, hence, the plea to have patriotic Nigerian Justices in charge of the forth coming appeal filed by Atiku. No form of compromise would be embraced especially since most judges are seen to be partisan and will surely invest in giving a tendentious judgement but without fear or favour, the fruits of injustice must be reaped.

Nigerians are clamouring for the judges to give without parti pris their judgement so as to get Nigeria working again. The country is in shambles already so we need the right people at the helm of affairs to restructure and reshape the country as it ought to be.
